Our Club

Judo is known as the "Gentle Way". It is a grappling art that teaches throws, takedowns, pinning and submission skills. Sensei Leo White heads our club, he a two time Olympian with 18 National Judo titles, 4 World Military Championships and numerous other accolades.

Our Sensei

Sensei Leo White Jr., a two time Olympian with 18 National Judo titles, 4 World Military Championships and numerous other accolades. A 7th degree black belt, Sensei White is presently serving on the US Kodokan Promotion Board.

Judo History

Judo is the “gentle” fighting sport. It was created by Jigoro Kano to using techniques from jiu-jitsu to enable the practitioner to defend against an attacker by using his own momentum and weight against him.

Location

Come train, spar, workout and throw with us at our Dojo. We are located at 790 Berne Street SouthEast, Atlanta, GA 30312

Schedule

We train 3 times a week. Twice during the weekdays and once on the weekend.
Mondays = 7:30pm - 9pm. Wednesday = 7:30pm - 9pm. Saturday = 9:30am - 11am
